England batted first after winning the toss and have put up a competitive total of 184/7 in their 20 overs, powered by key contributions from Jacob Bethell (55) and Harry Brook (53) and a late surge from *Will Jacks (39)**. England’s innings was boosted by a late flurry of runs that helped them clear the 180-plus mark.

👉 Nepal’s bowling saw a historic moment early — debutant Sher Malla dismissed Phil Salt with his very first ball in T20 World Cup cricket, a rare and superb achievement caught brilliantly by Sandeep Lamichhane.

Nepal’s chase is underway now, needing 185 to win, with stars like Kushal Bhurtel leading the batting efforts as the Rhinos aim for a monumental upset. The cheering crowd and spirited bowling attack have kept Nepal in the contest despite the challenging target.
